The lease fee is $900/year per hunter. The site is limited to only two hunters.
If both leases are still available, you may take both for $1400/yr. Then you can determine how many hunters on this 23 acre site.

You can pay for one year, or up to 5 years. (5 year payment has a 10% discount).

The yearly lease begins on Easter, and ends the day before Easter.

You may cut brush and trees. Trees can be cut and used for fire wood on the site,
but not taken off the site without special agreement.

You may have camp sites, stands etc, but I am not responsible for security.
I live on the site, which will help with security, but no guarantees.

You may not leave trash, cans, bottles, paper, plastic, etc on the site.
